Hi, I’m Tabitha
I teach beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga classes in Emsworth and Havant, helping people improve flexibility, strength and well-being in a supportive, approachable environment.
I grew up near Mount Kenya, before moving to the UK and joining the British Army, where I served for 12 years, including operational tours in Afghanistan and London during the COVID pandemic.
During my years in the Army, I experienced first-hand the demands of working in a high-pressure environment. It taught me the importance of caring for both my physical and mental wellbeing. These lessons continue to influence the way I teach Yoga today, creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and develop tools to navigate the stresses of everyday life.
After leaving the Army, I retrained as a Yoga teacher and have now been teaching in Havant and Emsworth for five years.
Outside of Yoga, I enjoy rock climbing, photography and spending time outdoors, activities that continue to inspire my appreciation for movement, balance and being present in the moment.
My Yoga qualification and life experiences have shaped a teaching style that is supportive, adaptable and focused on helping you move with greater ease, feel calmer and develop a deeper connection with yourself.
Whether you’re completely new to Yoga or returning after time away, my classes in Emsworth and Havant offer a welcoming space to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
