Hi, I’m Tabitha

Tabitha, a local yoga teacher in Emsworth, seated on a Yoga mat in Anjali Mudra surrounded by props.

I teach gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga classes in Emsworth and Havant, helping people improve flexibility, mobility and well-being in a supportive, approachable environment.

I grew up on the slopes of Mount Kenya in Central Kenya before moving to the UK and joining the British Army, where I served for 12 years, including operational tours in Afghanistan and London during the COVID pandemic.

My years in the Army taught me resilience, discipline and the importance of looking after both physical and mental wellbeing.

After leaving the Army, I retrained as a Yoga teacher and have now been teaching in Havant and Emsworth for five years.

Outside of Yoga, I enjoy rock climbing, photography and spending time outdoors, activities that continue to inspire my appreciation for movement, balance and being present in the moment.

Yoga should feel accessible, practical and welcoming, especially if you think you're not flexible enough to start.

Whether you’re completely new to Yoga or returning after time away, my classes in Emsworth and Havant are designed to help you move better and feel calmer and more at ease in your body.
