Absolutely. Many people who come to class are beginners. I'll guide you through each posture and offer options so you can work at a pace that feels comfortable.

It's easy to get started. Simply book a class that suits you, wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat if you have one (if not, just let me know). Arrive a few minutes early so we can have a chat before class, especially if you're new to Yoga or have any injuries. I'll guide you through everything, offering different options and plenty of support along the way.

That's completely okay. Everyone's body is different, and Yoga isn't about keeping up with anyone else. I offer different variations of each posture and use props to help make poses more comfortable and accessible. You're always encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever you need to.

My classes aren't just about stretching. We combine movement with breathing, mindfulness and practical insights that you can take into everyday life. I aim to help you leave feeling calmer than when you arrived.

If you’re unable to attend a class, you can cancel your booking through the booking system and your class credit will be returned to you to use for another session. Please cancel as soon as you can so that your space can be offered to someone else.
